Recently, the April edition of the Jingling 2026 Top 100 Ranking of Innovative Competitiveness among China’s International Schools was officially released. The Yinghua International Curriculum Program at Zhuhai Oriental Foreign Language Experimental School was awarded a 4A rating for private international schools, ranking 27th nationwide, thanks to its outstanding educational strength and innovative achievements. In this year’s assessment, a total of three international schools in Zhuhai made the list, including one private international school and two schools for children of expatriate staff. Our school is the only private international school from Zhuhai to be included on the list, and this honor not only represents an authoritative recognition of our educational accomplishments but also serves as the highest affirmation of our sustained commitment to innovation in education.
I. About Jingling: Authoritative Rankings, Multi-Dimensional Evaluation

Jingling is an innovation-driven, international-standard platform; a Nobel Prize–inspired innovation hub; a global academy network; a world-class STEM high school platform; and a premier recruitment platform for high-end industries. Over the years, Jingling has conducted sustained, in-depth research and analysis of international schools worldwide, thoroughly identifying their unique strengths, refining evaluation criteria, driving industry-wide upgrades, and fostering the development of globally minded, innovative talent.

Since 2018, Jingling has been publishing a series of rankings for international schools, thereby establishing a systematic and professional evaluation framework. In 2026, Jingling undertook a strategic innovation and upgrade of its assessment system: building on the annual Innovation Rankings, it officially introduced monthly ratings starting in 2026, creating a dynamic tracking mechanism aligned with the innovation cycle, and expanded the original Top 30 list to a Top 100, encompassing two major categories—Top 100 Private International Schools and Top 100 Schools for Children of Expatriates.

This ranking employs five core dimensions—certified competitiveness, faculty competitiveness, social impact, sustainable operations, and expert evaluation—to dynamically track the innovative strength of international schools. This adjustment both broadens the scope of assessment and enhances the list’s forward-looking insight and responsiveness to cutting-edge practices, thereby providing parents with timely, evidence-based, and robust criteria for selecting schools based on innovation, while also offering schools dynamic benchmarks against which to measure and refine their innovative initiatives.
01 Zhuhai’s Only Private 4A: Crowned Through Pure Excellence
In the latest monthly ranking of the 2026 Top 100 Innovative Schools compiled by Jingling, a total of three international schools in Zhuhai made the list—one private international school and two schools for expatriate children. Among the private international schools, the Yinghua International Curriculum Program at Zhuhai Oriental Foreign Language Experimental School was awarded a 4A rating, placing it 27th nationwide and establishing it as a benchmark for private international education in Zhuhai. Among the schools for expatriate children, Zhuhai International School received a 4A rating, while Zhuhai KAS International School was awarded a 3A rating.

This marks another prestigious recognition for our school on the Jingling authoritative ranking, following our 2024 inclusion at No. 25 among the “Top 50 Private International Schools,” and this time we have been awarded a 4A rating. Standing out among numerous outstanding private international schools nationwide is a testament to the comprehensive strength of our institution, encompassing our educational philosophy, curriculum development, faculty quality, and academic advancement outcomes.
02 Two Major Curriculum Systems: Parallel Tracks, Diverse Pathways to Higher Education
Our school currently offers two major international curriculum systems to meet the diverse university admission needs of our students:

A-Level Curriculum (British High School Curriculum)

The school is officially accredited by the UK’s Edexcel Examination Board, Oxford AQA, Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), and the U.S. College Board’s Advanced Placement Program, as well as by the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) in the UK, and offers internationally recognized IGCSE and A-Level programmes. Students may select their three to four best-performing subjects for university applications; A-Level qualifications are widely accepted worldwide and enable admission to nearly 10,000 universities in more than 160 countries and regions.

HKDSE Curriculum (Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education)

The school officially launched the HKDSE curriculum in 2020 and is currently among the first schools in Zhuhai to offer this program. The DSE is the only international examination that allows candidates to answer in simplified Chinese (with the exception of the English language paper), and 70%–80% of its content overlaps with the syllabus for mainland China’s senior high school curriculum, making it particularly well-suited for students from the mainland.

Mainland students can use their DSE results to apply to world-renowned universities in Hong Kong, China, as well as in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Canada, Singapore, and many other countries and regions. Hong Kong residents (holding Hong Kong identity and a Home Return Permit) may directly enroll in mainland Chinese institutions of higher education through the “Admission Without Examination Scheme.”

Diverse Pathways to Higher Education

In addition to A-Level and HKDSE, Yinghua also offers programs such as the Singapore International Undergraduate Program and the OSSD, giving students and parents a wider range of choices and more diverse pathways for further education.
03 Diverse Courses and Activities: Tailored Instruction for Holistic Development
In addition to our two core curriculum systems, our school is also committed to developing an internationally oriented high school with a strong emphasis on science and technology. Our curriculum portfolio includes STEAM courses, VR programs, and the Global Academicians’ Science and Technology Forum, among others. Furthermore, we offer a range of specialized courses and extracurricular clubs in music, fine arts, media, golf, tennis, basketball, and more.

The school has meticulously designed a diverse array of activities that encompass both traditional Chinese festivals and major international celebrations. Regular large-scale events include the Sports Meet, Graduation Ceremony, Double-Christmas Gala, Outdoor Team-Building Activities, and Community-Based Study Tours, while everyday initiatives feature Reading Festivals, Food Festivals, English Talent Shows, Science and Technology Fairs, Art Exhibitions, and University Information Days, among others.

In terms of academic competitions, the school organizes student participation in internationally renowned events tailored to students’ individual strengths, including the Physics Bowl, Model United Nations, STEAM Competition, Aeromodelling Competition, ASDAN Model Business Competition, and Artificial Intelligence Competition, among others.
04 Outstanding College Admission Results: Impressive Historical Data

Over the past decade, Zhuhai Yinghua has achieved remarkable college-placement results. Graduates from each cohort have secured admission to top-tier institutions at a rate of 95%, with 95% of these offers coming from universities ranked within the global top 100, 75% from those in the top 50, and 25% from the top 20.

Since the beginning of 2026, our school’s students have consistently received admission offers from top universities around the world. The school has established a College Counseling Office, where, during the first semester after enrollment, college counselors create individual student profiles and develop personalized college-planning strategies tailored to each student’s unique personality, interests, aspirations, and career inclinations.
05 Strong Faculty: High Academic Degrees + International Experience

All core subject teachers at our school hold master’s or doctoral degrees and have overseas study experience as well as extensive practical experience in internationalized teaching. Chinese and foreign teachers work closely together to provide personalized instruction, ensuring that students can successfully navigate and excel within the international education system. The school employs small-class teaching and a flexible elective grouping system, enabling teachers to fully address individual student differences in the classroom and to offer targeted after-school support and tutoring to students who are struggling.
