Flag-raising speech | How to Love Your Dad and Mom
On December 14, 2020, the flag-raising ceremony at Zhuhai Yinghua Cambridge International School was hosted by students Yang Zhangtingzhi and Sun Xiaodan. Following the ceremony, student Zan Zhimin delivered a speech titled "How to Love Your Dad and Mom".

On December 14, 2020, Yang Zhangtingzhi and Sun Xiaodan presided over the flag-raising ceremony at Zhuhai Yinghua Cambridge International School. After the ceremony, Zan Zhimin gave a speech under the national flag titled "How to Love Your Dad and Mom".
Zan Zhimin stated that since parents welcomed us into this world with happy smiles, they have taken on a heavy responsibility—raising us. They helped us learn to walk and talk, sent us to school, and watched us grow day by day. However, as we enter adolescence, we often clash with our parents. So how do we maintain a friendly relationship with our parents? Zan Zhimin offered several methods and techniques:
1. Say something nice to them (Praise your parents).
2. Help them do some housework (Help your parents with chores, proactively share some family responsibilities).
3. When they scold us for doing something very bad or rude, even if we don't agree, just listen and say sorry (When parents scold us for doing something wrong, even if we disagree, we should listen and apologize).
Zan Zhimin believes that being a parent is not easy, so we should understand and respect them. She sincerely hopes that every student can have a friendly relationship with their parents and become lifelong friends!
After the speech, Vice Principal Zhang Huijie presented awards to the civilized dormitories and star classes of the previous week. The following are the award-winning dormitories and classes:
