Hello everyone, today I want to share with you a personal journey that was shaped by Dedication, ambition, and the desire to succeed. As many of you know, I originally come from the United Kingdom. It was here that I completed my master’s degree at university—specifically, at the University of Nottingham. I earned a master’s in Zoology, which I know may seem like a rather unusual degree to have, but those four years it took me to finish this program taught me so much about myself.
What is Zoology?
Zoology is very similar to Biology. However, Zoology has a stronger focus on animals and It doesn’t really delve into medicine or pharmaceuticals. Zoology isn’t like being a veterinarian—it focuses more on theory rather than saving animals’ lives. Instead, I learned about the intricate ecosystems that shape our environment, explored various types of animals from around the world, and understood the crucial need to maintain balance between ourselves and the natural world to ensure our planet’s sustainability. It was a highly open course, where even the smallest changes—like a bird migrating to a new forest—can have far-reaching effects across an entire continent. During my time on this course, I had the wonderful opportunity to travel abroad, specifically to the mountains in France, where I discovered a fascinating array of insects, goats, and plants.

For instance, I spent four months observing massive red deer with enormous antlers, witnessing everything from fierce fights and thunderous roars to serene moments when these majestic creatures simply settled down to graze. It was hard work, no doubt, but this experience was unlike anything else I’ve ever done—it gave me a one-of-a-kind adventure that I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. Of course, pursuing a degree in zoology wasn’t all smooth sailing. Like any challenging academic journey, it came with its fair share of obstacles. These included long nights spent in the library, tirelessly working through complex topics and assignments.
