Anyang Normal University and Yinghua International School Jointly Explore New Paths for Educational Collaboration
On October 22, Tang Zhongsheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Foreign Languages at Anyang Normal University, along with Yu Dandan, Director of the International Teacher Education Research Center, and other leaders, visited our university for an exchange meeting. During the discussion, both sides engaged in an in-depth dialogue focused on deepening university-local cooperation and empowering teacher development, further strengthening their years-long collaborative relationship.
Since July 2020, our university has been collaborating with Anyang Normal University to recruit interns. Over the past five years, we have welcomed a total of 21 outstanding interns, covering multiple disciplines such as mathematics, chemistry, and physics. Many of these interns have successfully secured permanent positions after completing their internships, becoming valuable members of our teaching team. Moreover, the true value of this partnership is vividly reflected in the interns' personal reflections on their growth and development during their time here.

Event Recap
During the seminar, the participating interns enthusiastically shared their personal growth and transformation at our university: They openly admitted that when first stepping into their roles, they felt anxious and overwhelmed by unexpected classroom situations. However, with the thoughtful guidance and support from our faculty members, they not only gradually learned to handle various teaching challenges with ease but also significantly improved their ability to manage stress. At the same time, everyone expressed deep gratitude for the practical learning platform provided by our university, which has enabled them to focus on honing their professional skills while broadening their perspectives through diverse teaching scenarios. Most importantly, they now feel more confident about continuously reflecting on their shortcomings and boldly embracing new opportunities for future development.
The leaders of Anyang Normal University also expressed their appreciation for the collaborative achievements, highlighting how the university leverages its regional advantage as the "Hometown of Oracle Bones" to deeply cultivate research in traditional Chinese studies. They further showcased the university's distinctive teacher-training initiatives, including the International Teacher Education College and the Class Advisor Development Institute, which have been instrumental in building a robust faculty development system. Meanwhile, President Xiong from our institution, drawing on Zhuhai's unique educational environment, emphasized the critical importance of fostering an international perspective and enhancing digital education capabilities for both teachers and students. Representatives such as Peter and Justin actively engaged with the university leaders, sharing insights and offering valuable suggestions on topics like student development and curriculum teaching, thereby helping to clarify the direction for future collaboration.
This seminar not only marks a summary of our past collaboration but also serves as a fresh starting point for future collaborative education initiatives. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Anyang Normal University, jointly creating robust growth platforms for more interns and fostering high-quality development in the field of education.
