Principal Zhou Xianming graduated from the Department of Chemistry, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan in 1981, and later received his master's degree in chemistry and doctorate in materials science from Michigan State University, USA. Before coming to mainland China, Zhou Xianming devoted himself to overseas international primary and secondary education since 1992. He served as the principal of Jakarta Taipei International School, the principal of Bangkok Chinese International School, and the principal of Kuishan Experimental School in Taipei.
